ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE APPOINTMENT

 

LATE POLICY

If you are late more than ten minutes past your appointment time, I will have to reschedule you. I ask that you arrive 10 minutes early if you are new client so you can fill out paperwork.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask that you give me 12 hours to cancel or change your appointment. Anything under 12 hours will result in a $25 charge. I understand things come up and kids get sick. Just keep in communication with me.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

If the appointment is a no call/no show you will be charged half the price of the service. All permanent makeup services will require a $150 non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards the total cost of the service. All packages are to be paid upfront and if no showed, that service is forfeited.
